Terms & Conditions
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the appointment and must be made before the technician leaves the premises, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.​​​​​​​​
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Access & Environment
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the piano and providing a suitable working environment.
Pitch Raise & Additional Work
If the piano is significantly below concert pitch or requires additional work beyond a standard tuning, this will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Repairs & Parts
Any replacement parts or additional repairs will be quoted separately before work is carried out.
Liability
While all care is taken during servicing, no responsibility can be accepted for pre-existing faults, structural weaknesses, or issues arising from the age or condition of the instrument. The technician cannot be held liable for unrelated faults or issues that arise after the service has been completed.
Warranty
Tuning stability cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity changes.
